鹰之咲高中，是一个准备卫冕啦啦操全国大赛的名门学校。而啦啦操社的美空彼方，在初中时就拿过全国冠军，高一时就成为了正选队员，但却因为在大赛中的失误，再也跳不起来了。
而在某天，彼方看到了高速在大楼之间飞跃的跑酷高中女生，小父内凉叶。除了她们两人，还有艺术体操大小姐诗音；从巴西归来的混血儿杏那；杏那的同班同学，瑜伽哲学女生稳花；以及彼方的前队友，坐在轮椅上的女生惠深。
兴趣、特长乃至性格都各自不同的成员们时而一起歌唱，时而发生冲突，时而表演短剧，时而想入非非……
而当想为人加油的纯粹想法产生共鸣时，“花球嘭嘭”的加油便会超越啦啦操的范畴，直接传达到人心中。
