STORY :

School teachers have a hard time to discipline students and they often don’t even have the will to do so. The authority of the teachers in the classroom breaks down and this causes serious social issues. The National Assembly and the Minister of Education passes the Amendment to the Act on the Protection of Teachers' Rights.
With the passage of the law, a new government organization, the Educational Rights Protection Bureau, is formed. Na Hwa Jin belongs to the Educational Rights Protection Bureau. His team is sent to different problem schools as supervisors. There, they can educate the students without any restrictions or limitations.

在学生暴力、家长无理干涉教育以及教师权威逐渐崩塌的背景下，韩国紧急成立“教权保护局”，专门处理普通学校难以解决的各类教育问题。由教育权保护局的现场监督官罗华镇（金武烈 饰）率领的特别小组深入各类问题学校，以强硬且非常规的方式，对扰乱校园秩序的人实施“铁拳教育”。其中，团队成员包括冷静强势的教育权保护局创始人、兼韩国教育部部长崔康石（李星民 饰）、奉行“以恶制恶”原则的现场监督官任含琳（秦基周 饰），以及擅长打探各类情报的奉靳代（表志勋 饰）。他们几人在面对失控的学生、干扰教学的家长，以及反对教权保护局的各方势力时，以各自不同的方式展开行动，试图重新守护学校的秩序与教育的底线
