STORY :

Koichi Haimawari, once aspired to be a hero. His guilty pleasure is wandering the streets in a shoddy All Might cosplay, pretending to be the pro hero to help strangers. His life changes when he crosses paths with Pop☆Step, a brash underground idol, and Knuckleduster, a brutal masked vigilante. Drawn into the illegal hero world, Koichi faces the question: Are “vigilantes” disruptors of order or true heroes of justice? Thus begins the tale of the "Illegal Heroes."
